The health, safety, and well-being of our campus community and our visitors are of paramount importance to our institution. In light of the ongoing public health concerns, we ask that if you are not feeling well, experiencing symptoms, or awaiting results after a positive COVID-19 test, please schedule a tour once you are well and have a negative test.

Important Information to Note:
Fall 2024 Campus Tours (September 18th - November 26th)
General Student & Family Visit Information
- Tour Schedule: Monday - Friday at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Pre-Registration: All guests must pre-register for a campus tour.
- Arrival Time: Suggested arrival time is 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
- Guest Limit: Families are limited to FIVE (5) guests during the tour.
- Walking Tour: The campus tour experience is a WALKING TOUR. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
- Parking:
- FREE Parking is available in the Latham Parking Deck - Surface Lot (with a printed parking pass provided by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions via email within 24-48 hours of your visit, displayed on your dashboard). This parking deck is located next to the bookstore directly across from the track field.
- Guests are also permitted to park in the ParkMobile parking deck (1st floor) area with the printed parking pass.
- Tour Timing: We are unable to accommodate walk-in tour requests or tours outside of our daily standard tour time
- **Late guests arriving 20 minutes after the scheduled tour time will be subjected to a self-guided tour**
- Weather: Tours are provided during inclement weather such as rain, chilly/cold, and humid weather.
- Minors: Any student under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
General High School Group Visit Information
- Tour Schedule: Monday through Friday each week at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
- Arrival Time: The suggested arrival time is 20 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
- Group Size: Our standard group tour size for the day is 150 per 11am and 2pm tour slot. Please note, multiple high school groups may register for the same and time. Once the 150 slots are pre-registered, the date and time will be full and you will subjected to select a different date and time.
- Parking: Free Parking for school buses is available on Dupree Street near the Admissions Center.
- Late Arrivals: Groups arriving 20 minutes after the tour will be subjected to a self-guided tour.
- Tour Conduct: Groups must remain with the Student Ambassador from the beginning to the end of the tour. Groups may not include additional tour guides/persons on the tour who are not staffed with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. All groups must be accompanied by a professional staff/chaperone at all times.
General Elementary and Middle School Visit Information
Tour Schedule:
Elementary School Visit Tours are Mondays and Fridays at 10AM only. Tours outside of schedule are subjected to self-guided tours
Middle School Visit Tours are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10AM only. Tours outside of schedule are subjected to self-guided tours.
- Arrival Time: The suggested arrival time is 20 minutes before the scheduled tour time for check-in and restroom opportunities
- Group Size: Our standard group tour size for the day is 150 per the 10AM tour slot. Please note, multiple elementary/middle school groups may register for the same and time. Once the 150 slots are pre-registered, the date and time will be full and you will subjected to select a different date and time.
- Parking: Free Parking for school buses is available on Dupree Street near the Admissions Center.
